How do I create an account?

Click "Athlete Login" or "Employer Access" on the homepage and follow the signup flow. After signing up you'll receive a confirmation email — click the link to verify your address, then complete your profile.

How long does approval take?

The Optimi team reviews new profiles within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your account is approved.

How do employers reach out to athletes?

Employers can message athletes directly from the Candidate Directory. Athletes cannot initiate conversations — all messaging is employer-to-athlete.

Can I download cover letter templates?

Yes. Navigate to Resources → Cover Letter Templates, then click "Download" on any template. The PDF will include your name as a watermark.

How does the Resume Review work?

Upload your resume as a PDF under Resources → Resume Review. Our AI will score it out of 10 and provide specific, actionable feedback within seconds.

I haven't received my confirmation email — what do I do?
